Job description

Key Performance Area
  1. Customer Service Level Agreements: Ensure that contracted customer Service Level Agreements are met (resolved).
  2. Hardware and Software: Installations and maintenance.
  3. Service Planning and Execution: Plan for, and execute, service activities on installed machines, including assisting with installations, discontinuance, and repairs.
  4. System Performance: Minimise assigned equipment downtime to optimise system performance.
  5. Diagnosis: Perform self-sufficient diagnosis.
