IT Cloud Support Technician required in Cape Town.

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level IT Technician with hands-on cloud experience to support, maintain, and improve our Client’s IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Location: Bantry Bay, Cape Town.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • IT Qualification / Certification is essential
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an IT support or technician role
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
