The ideal candidate will have over 5 years’ experience in network engineering and expertise in JUNIPER, CISCO, or ARISTA equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining high uptime for the core network, optimizing network performance, and implementing security measures. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a network engineering role in the IPS or FNO industry.
• Expert proficiency in working on JUNIPER, CISCO, or ARISTA equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to work in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance IP core and transmission networks.
• Develop network architecture and design for scalability and redundancy.
• Deploy and configure network equipment such as routers and switches.
• Set up QoS policies to optimise traffic flows.
• Implement security measures to protect the network.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and issues.
• Design and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Document network configurations and changes.
• Continuously optimise network performance.
