Overview

The primary function of this position is to provide essential technical and administrative support to the Technical Department. This role ensures the smooth handling of inventory operations and assists with customer inquiries, contributing to efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management
  • Inbound Operations
  • Outbound Operations
Inventory Control
  • Quarterly stock counts
  • Investigate inventory variances
  • Plan monthly stock requirements
  • Monitor stock availability
  • Resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Set acceptable tolerances for stock counts
  • Manage warehouse slotting and rearrangement
  • Handle stock write-offs and adjustments
  • Create and manage system-guided warehouse tasks
  • Resolve issues related to master data for products and articles
  • Set up and maintain fixed bins for efficient storage
  • Continuously assess risks
  • Stock returns
Documentation
  • Manage all documentation for incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes.
  • Ensure accurate receipting of goods and proper documentation.
Spare Parts
  • Process spare parts for technicians, particularly for preventative maintenance and repair
House Keeping
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness in accordance with GDWP standards.
Human Resource Management
  • Policy Familiarity
  • Adhere to the procedures and policies of the company in all activities.
Pharmacovigilance Compliance
  • Ensure that you receive a yearly mandatory Pharmacovigilance (PV) training.
  • Roles involving direct interaction with customers such as Sales Representatives, Customer Care, and Export functions to report any Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) complaints to the PV Compliance Officer within one business day of product complaint training FKSA-PV04.
Education background and qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • An inventory Management qualification
