The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education and prior experience in stock management. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and coordinating with suppliers. Attention to detail and basic computer skills are essential. Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Previous experience in stock or inventory management preferred.
• Basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries.
• Issue stock to departments or production as required.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
• Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
• Assist in preparing stock reports for management.
