Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is advantageous.
• Experience in Injection Moulding and Trim part manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new vehicle launches as a core member of the Interior team.
• Identify and diagnose vehicle issues, raise AIMS concerns, and drive their resolution.
• Collaborate with Interior teams across the One Ford organization to implement quality solutions.
