Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to grow our wholesale division by building their own client base. This role is not about servicing existing accounts — it’s about creating opportunity, starting conversations, and converting leads into long-term clients.

If you enjoy speaking to people, understand how selling works, and are confident in negotiating and closing deals, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively establish and grow your own client base through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, referrals, and any other effective sales channels
  • Identify and approach potential wholesale customers (e.g., contractors, retailers, developers, plumbers, project buyers, etc.)
  • Present products clearly and confidently, understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
  • Close deals and follow through to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain basic sales records and client information
  • Work closely with the internal team to align on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong people and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Natural ability to build rapport and hold sales conversations
  • Understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge quickly
  • Ability to commute reliably to work Monday to Friday (8am–5pm)
  • Previous experience in sales, wholesale, hardware, plumbing, building materials, or related industries is an advantage — but not a deal-breaker
