Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members.
• Make customers aware of promotions to positively affect sales.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Execute and maintain merchandising and general housekeeping duties.
• Support the Group's vision by living and driving company values.
• Maintain updated knowledge on products, promotions, and events.
