The Role: Immigration Sales Consultant

This role exists to convert qualified leads into successful immigration service sales, guiding clients through eligibility assessments and ensuring they are equipped with the correct information and documentation. You will manage incoming leads, provide accurate advice aligned with current legislation, and consistently achieve revenue targets. The role is central to driving business growth while maintaining a high standard of client service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and maintain monthly revenue targets set by NWI
  • Manage leads using internal systems and respond to new enquiries within 24 hours
  • Advise clients and assess their eligibility according to current immigration legislation
  • Provide clients with accurate information, quotations, and required paperwork or contracts
  • Submit client data and documentation to caseworkers within required timeframes
  • Assist with procuring leads through proactive methods and sourcing new service opportunities
  • Build partnerships within the immigration industry to increase passive lead flow
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and uphold company discipline standards
  • Keep a clean, organised workspace and contribute to a positive working environment
