Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience as an IFRIS Specialist in a large organization or accounting firm.
• Experience in preparation, supervision, and review of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assess transactions on acquisition of energy assets and provide accounting treatment advice.
• Participate in project investment activities and review financial statements.
• Guide the preparation of consolidated and Annual Financial Statements.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards

Strong understanding of financial reporting processes

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration abilities

Education

Matric and bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification

Registration as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA)

Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Finance
