The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant, and people-centred HR operations across the Kyalami Schools Group.
Working closely with the Head of Organisational Culture and People, the incumbent will ensure consistency in HR administration, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement across multiple campuses.
This role demands a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills, a service mindset, and the ability to uphold KSG's values of integrity, inclusion, and excellence in every aspect of HR practice.
