About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Trainers to join our team in Johannesburg and Cape Town. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and development, enjoy engaging with people, and have prior training experience. The initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions (in-person and / or virtual) for employees.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Assist in developing training materials and content.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and line managers to address training needs.
  • Travel locally as needed to deliver training sessions (fuel card provided).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in delivering training (formal or informal, minimum 6–12 months).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and / or e-learning platforms.
  • Own car and valid driver’s license required.
  • An accredited certificate or diploma in the following fields (Learning and development, Training, or Education).
  • Experience with SETA is advantageous.
