Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Human Capital data and records for Special Steels Division.
  • Adhere to statutory regulations and report non-compliance.
  • Manage payroll reconciliations and administration.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct HR inductions for new employees.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from posting to placement.
  • Provide guidance and advice to staff.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Human Capital data and records for Special Steels Division.
    • Adhere to; and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, standards, policies and procedures and to report non-compliance.
    • Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting and administration.
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding administration processes from start to finish.
    • Ensure all employee records and files are maintained and up to date.
    • Conduct HR inductions for new and transferred employees.
    • Manage administrative processes for full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement.
    • Represent HR during disciplinary enquiries.
    • Prepare packs for disciplinary enquiries.
    • Capture and update information for HR reports.
    • Provide guidance and advice to employees.
    • Coordinate training initiatives and administration support at branch level.
    • Ensure effective distribution of all related HC communication.
