  • Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure, and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Overseeing internal training and related programmes
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of management information systems (MIS)
  • Planning and organising negotiations and procedures for determining wage structures and levels, and consulting with employees on conditions of employment
  • Planning and organising procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, and dismissal of staff
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating employees and industrial relations activities with other members of management and executive
  • Representing the organisation in dealings with outside organisations
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department, including the development, implementation, and administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs
