A Well-known FMCG company is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the effective implementation and maintenance of the day-to-day HR activities. The role will provide HR support to Operations, influencing and guiding management on a range of issues including Talent acquisition, development & retention; Industrial Relations; Performance management; Employment Equity as well as sound HR administration practices and processes.
