Job Description
Weareseekingahighlymotivatedaproactiveanddetail-orientedHRGeneralisttojoinourHumanResourcesteam,therolewillbebasedinCapeTown,CBD.TheHRGeneralistwillsupportabroadrangeofHRfunctionsincludingrecruitment,onboarding,offboarding,employeerelations,performancemanagement,compliance,andbenefitsadministration.ThisroleiskeytofosteringapositiveworkplacecultureandensuringsmoothHRoperations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administerandsupportday-to-dayHRfunctionsandprocedures
- Coordinateonboardingandorientationofnewemployees.
- Offboardingsuchas,butnotlimitedto,collectionofofficeequipmentonlastday,conductingemployeeexitinterviews,providingservicecertificates
- MaintainaccurateemployeerecordsandHRdatabases
- Supportemployeerelationsefforts,includingresolvingroutineworkplaceissues
- Administerbenefitprogramsandansweremployeequestionsregardingpoliciesandprocedures
- Ensurecompliancewithlaborlawsandcompanypolicies
- Assistwithperformancereviewcyclesandtraininginitiatives
- Administrationofemployeepayrollchangesonamonthlybasis

Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield
- 7yearsofHRexperience,preferablyinageneralistcapacity
