Role Overview
As an HR Consultant HR Software Implementation at Nathan Digital, you will lead and support end-to-end HR software deployments, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation. This role demands strong knowledge of HR processes, hands-on experience with HR software platforms, and solid project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation
- Collaborate with clients to understand HR software needs, business goals, and organizational workflows. Conduct detailed assessments to recommend suitable HR software solutions.
- Implementation Planning
- Develop comprehensive, customized implementation plans.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Set clear expectations and milestones in partnership with clients.
- Software Configuration and Customization
- Configure HR software platforms as per client requirements.
- Customize workflows, templates, and interfaces to match client branding and processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate software performance.
- Training and Support
- Deliver interactive training sessions to client stakeholders and end-users.
- Create user guides, training documents, and support materials.
- Offer post-implementation support and resolve technical or user issues.
- Data Migration and Integration
- Lead data migration from legacy systems while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to manage system integrations as required.
- Project Management
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including client and internal resources.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with HR tech trends and emerging tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Partner with software vendors to provide feedback and influence future product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience implementing HR software in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with major HR software platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, etc.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
