Your key accountabilities include:
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead medium-to-high complexity global HR projects and deployments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Define project requirements, develop charters, and execute plans using standard methodologies.
- Deploy new services and enhancements, coordinating global transitions and ensuring process consistency.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison with regional and country HR teams, the Global HR Business Process Optimization team, HR Data Management, HR IT, and DHL Group HR CoEs.
- Align project charters and deployment plans with regional/country HR leads and subject matter experts.
- Communicate the rationale for global process and data design standards, influencing stakeholders and driving adoption.
- Provide regular updates on milestones, content, and budget performance to all program stakeholders.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and assess potential process improvements from business requirements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate cost/benefit of proposed changes and recommend prioritization of internal projects.
- Support solution development and pre-implementation phases, including conducting feasibility studies and developing business cases.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and execute corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Governance & Performance
- Ensure effective planning, monitoring, and revision of projects against agreed financial targets and timelines.
- Conduct pre- and post-go-live evaluations, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior professionals, fostering capability development.
What are we looking for from you?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification. Prince2 / Agile / ITIL certification or comparable experience preferred.
- Proven in-depth experience in HR project management, HR systems and processes, HR Business analysis, HR process improvement or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2), PMO best practice and project risk, issue and quality control.
- Proven track record in managing medium-to-large HR programs from strategic planning through to implementation and closure, using methodologies such as Agile or Prince2.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HR systems (ideally Oracle HCM, SAP HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance).
- Strong general business and operational management skills, with ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines.
- Successful international experience with ability to work effectively across cultures and regions; DHL Group experience is a plus.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing at multiple levels.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and solve complex problems.
