  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and deliver insightful reporting for decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational leadership to implement HR strategies that support productivity and workforce stability.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations (ER), ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation.
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Support organisational design, culture-building, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and deliver insightful reporting for decision-making.
  • Promote compliance with Employment Equity and Skills Development Acts.
  • Embed HR policies and governance standards across all sites.

  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
