Successful well-established company based in Bellville South, is seeking to recruit a HR Administrator / Intern. Candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager. Ample growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Daily time and attendance reporting to managers
- Amend time and attendance discrepancies
- Compile Monthly Timesheets
- Compile Monthly Late Report
- Filing of all required employment documentation
- Loading new employees on Sage Payroll
- Keep record of termination dates of LDC
- Filing & scanning of employee records
- Arrange employee annual medical assessments and ad-hoc medical assessments
- Recruitment for Unskilled to Junior Management positions
- All aspects relating to Payroll administration
- All aspects relating to Skills development (SD) / Training
- Monthly updating of the Organogram
- Assist with arrangement of Disciplinary hearings
- Address Ad-hoc queries in accordance with the HR department
- Assist with compilation of Job descriptions & KPIs
- Compile necessary SOPs where required
- Reporting of IODs to the Department of Labour
- Reviewing policies and SOPs on an annual basis
Minimum Requirements
- Post matric qualification in Human Resources
- Must be computer literate
- 2 years’ experience within the HR department
