• Drive the training, development and ongoing performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, internal policies and best-practice standards.
• Equip the hotel team to confidently handle and resolve guest queries.
• Manage guest expectations and oversee the effective resolution of all customer feedback and concerns.
