Job summary

A national sales organization located in Gauteng is seeking an experienced professional to shape their people strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting talent, enhancing employee growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will work closely with leadership, leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions. A strong candidate must possess a Master's in Industrial Psychology and several years of relevant experience, focusing on recruiting and talent development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
  • HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist.
  • Approximately 6+ years’ in talent, organisational psychology, or people development roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret psychometric data and behavioural indicators.
  • Experience advising leaders on talent decisions & capability planning.

  • Evaluate candidate fit through psychometric and competency-based assessment
  • Ensure quality hiring with measurable outcomes
Culture & Engagement
  • Contribute to building a positive, collaborative working culture
  • Support employee experience and retention initiatives
  • Promote leadership behaviours that reinforce culture
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement activities
Data-Driven Insight
  • Track and interpret talent-related metrics
  • Monitor hiring effectiveness, role-fit, and retention trends
  • Present insights to support strategic decision
  • Use data to highlight risk, opportunity and capability gaps
Partnership with Leadership
  • Work closely with senior managers to understand workforce needs
  • Provide coaching and professional guidance on people matters
  • Align talent activities with business direction
Required Qualifications & Experience
