Recruitment & Talent Selection
- Inform hiring decisions using best-practice selection methods
- Support recruitment strategies for specialised and senior roles
- Evaluate candidate fit through psychometric and competency-based assessment
- Ensure quality hiring with measurable outcomes
Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to building a positive, collaborative working culture
- Support employee experience and retention initiatives
- Promote leadership behaviours that reinforce culture
- Facilitate workshops and engagement activities
Data-Driven Insight
- Track and interpret talent-related metrics
- Monitor hiring effectiveness, role-fit, and retention trends
- Present insights to support strategic decision
- Use data to highlight risk, opportunity and capability gaps
Partnership with Leadership
- Work closely with senior managers to understand workforce needs
- Provide coaching and professional guidance on people matters
- Align talent activities with business direction
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- HPCSA registration as an Industrial Psychologist
- Approximately 6+ years’ in talent, organisational psychology, or people development roles
- Proven ability to interpret psychometric data and behavioural indicators
- Experience advising leaders on talent decisions & capability planning
