Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in the same and/or similar position.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes academic policies and ensures effective implementation.
• Manages performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Leads and manages academic and support staff towards school objectives.
• Implements HR initiatives in partnership with HRBP.
• Manages the school's budget and monitors finances.
