The Head of Sales & Supply Chain Operations is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and management of sales and supply chain operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

Qualifications
  • BCom Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • National Higher Diploma in Electronics (Light Current) or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
  • Essential
  • 10–15 years’ progressive experience in sales and business development.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in electronic components or electronics solutions.
  • At least 5 years in a senior sales or commercial leadership role.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Demonstrated success managing revenue portfolios exceeding R500 million.
  • Strong P&L ownership and budget management experience.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Advantageous
  • ISO 9001 implementation or audit experience.
  • Experience in distribution or component supplier environments.
  • ERP system proficiency (e.g., Syspro).
  • Advanced Excel skills for sales and inventory analysis.
  • CRM experience and familiarity with supply chain analytics tools.
