About The Role

The Head of Sales will lead and manage all sales operations, overseeing both inbound and outbound functions to achieve sustained revenue expansion.

This role will be responsible for developing a high-performance culture, refining data-driven sales strategies, and ensuring world-class customer interactions that drive conversions and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the inbound sales department, ensuring strong performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to strengthen sales techniques, product knowledge, and results.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing sales and acquisitions talent.
  • Design and manage incentive programs that enhance motivation, accountability, and retention.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and improve decision‑making.
  • Optimize sales workflows, scripts, and CRM processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee outbound acquisitions functions, including appointment setters and SDRs, ensuring effective outreach and lead qualification.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for property owners and acquisition partners, managing communications and negotiations.
  • Continuously refine outreach, negotiation, and deal‑closing strategies to maximize acquisition success.

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience (preferably in real estate, property management, or similar industries).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and data analysis skills.
