What you'll be doing

As part of your role your responsibilities will include :

Own the delivery framework for the Product Division establishing governance processes and best practices to ensure smooth execution across payments fraud onboarding and verification initiatives.

Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating between Product R&D Operations Compliance and external vendors to ensure projects meet business goals timelines and quality standards.

Portfolio & roadmap management : translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans track execution against commitments and proactively address risks and dependencies.

Delivery assurance & reporting : provide visibility to the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders on progress risks and outcomes of all major initiatives.

Enable scalability : build a high-performing delivery unit with clear roles accountability and repeatable frameworks that can support multiple parallel projects.

Risk & compliance alignment : ensure delivery processes incorporate regulatory governance and security requirements that are critical in gambling and fintech environments.

Vendor & partner coordination : oversee delivery dependencies with third-party providers ensuring successful onboarding integration and rollout.

Continuous improvement : identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery cycles driving adoption of tools and methodologies (Agile SAFe or hybrid models) tailored to the Product Divisions needs

  • Deep knowledge of Agile / Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
