Head of Marketing - Property24

About the role

As the Head of Marketing for Property24, you will own the marketing strategy and execution that encompasses brand positioning, go-to-market execution, acquisition and retention tactics. You will play a crucial role in driving commercial success while building and leading a small marketing team to deliver exceptional results. Your role will require you to manage senior stakeholders and guide your team members to execute against strategy while developing a high-performance culture. This role reports into global marketing leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Property24's B2B market penetration and engagement through strategic brand positioning and revenue enablement tactics such as GTM, PR, events. Own and manage the integrated B2B marketing plan covering brand, sales enablement, PR, activations & partnerships, events.
  • Adopt a common measurement framework to evaluate B2B marketing success and attribute impact to marketing investments. Monitor B2B brand equity, client loyalty, retention behaviour and perception tracking.
  • Build the B2B marketing discipline and manage a high-performing team through trust and collaboration. Mentor and inspire, coach individuals and unlock full potential while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Position the Property24 brand purposefully and meaningfully different within the real estate industry to ensure the brand is future-proof and relevant for agents, developers and business partners.
  • Execute B2B marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies, product marketing, events management, sales enablement and PR tactics. Initiatives span across agent onboarding, retention and commercial growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. Periodically report to stakeholders such as Sales leadership, Product teams, Executive Committee on progress against OKRs and clearly articulate impact and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Product, GTM, Sales, Data, CRM, Performance and PR teams to build and enable marketing capabilities that drive business client success and platform adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting an experimental approach to uncover new B2B opportunities, optimize campaign performance and grow customer lifetime value for business clients.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategy, preferably in real estate, proptech or similar industries.
  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams, 5+ years. Empathic leader that builds an effective and high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and driving ROI through strategic investment decisions.
  • Resilient mindset and strong-willed to get things done.
  • Innate ability to explain B2B marketing impact through analysis and rigor. Experienced with performance measurement frameworks and turning complex datasets into insights that drive business growth.
  • Experience in B2B brand management and demonstrated clear commercial impact in previous roles, particularly driving customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
  • Passionate and obsessed about B2B Marketing and understand the latest trends, best practices and go-to-market strategies.
  • Acustomed to working in complex environments and able to cope with ambiguity while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Excellent communicative capability and drive a clear story and narrative across the organization and external business clients.
