You'll lead a high-performing team, partner with the executive board, and play a central role in steering the company's future success.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on financial performance, growth opportunities, and risk management
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of a high-performing department
• Partner with operational leaders to support business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)
• Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and tax requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and corporate governance practices
• Evaluate and manage capital expenditure, investment projects, and funding strategies
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures with financial due diligence and integration planning
• Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations
• Provide financial insights to support pricing, procurement, and project management decisions
• Collaborate with IT and systems teams to optimize financial reporting, ERP systems, and process automation
