Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Property Investment sector.
• At least 5 years at Senior Management level with direct leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience in Property Asset Management, Law, Development, and Performance Measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a national property portfolio.
• Drive portfolio performance aligned with market expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions and developments.
• Manage portfolio risks for stable cash flows.
• Deliver reports to Board and committees.
