Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy seeks a Half-Day Finance Administrator in George, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of finance experience and proficiency in SAGE Pastel Accounting. Responsibilities include managing receipts, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial records. A Grade 12 qualification is essential, as well as the ability to work during peak season.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements :

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Finance
• Grade 12 Qualification essential
• Degree or Diploma in Finance will be highly advantageous
• Proficient in SAGE Pastel Accounting essential
• Must be willing to work during December peak season
• Strong working knowledge of Processing Receipts Posting Bank Statements Reconciling Cash-Ups and Credit Card Accounts Credit Notes and Refunds Cashbook Management and Debtors Control
• High attention to detail accuracy and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required on request

Salary Structure :

• Basic Salary of up to R 20 000 per Month based on experience
