Job summary

Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Comply with SANHA standards
  • Comply with Islamic rights
  • Authentic Halaal Certificate or relevant document available ie. details of items correlate with Halaal Certificates
  • Ensuring storage and transportation of products are done in a hygienic manner and not with non-Halaal products and in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring staff understand and follow Halaal regulations and procedures
  • Ensuring staff are trained on Halaal regulations and practices
  • Security Checks on returned and outgoing products
  • Adhoc duties may be required
  • Ensure full movement of product
  • Comply with HACCP and food safety
  • Uphold professional appearance to customers and follow hygiene and quality standards
  • Receiving all raw materials and spices
  • Invoice and weighbridge comparison
  • Cost Centre evaluation and monitoring
  • Production monitoring
  • Stock comparison between input and output
  • Monitoring returned goods
