Guest Relations Officer (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Guest Relations Officer to join our client's hospitality team on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure while supporting different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
  • Share guest information with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist with reservations, restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, and itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate guest details, profiles, and billing information.
  • Prepare welcome letters, registration cards, and other guest documentation.
  • Handle guest queries, calls, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Support the reservations, spa, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams when required.
  • Manage daily guest itinerary sheets and call logs.
  • Book and monitor transfers, ensuring charges are processed correctly.
  • Perform handovers with colleagues across shifts and complete limited night audit duties.
  • Report maintenance or service issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Hospitality certificate or diploma.
  • 3‑4 years experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
