You’ll drive end‑to‑end hiring for GTM, Design, and Marketing roles, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with stakeholders to scale teams that make an impact.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for GTM, Design, and Marketing roles.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, acting as a trusted adviser on hiring strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to proactively source top candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
  • Provide market insights and advise on competitive talent trends.
