A growing sustainable brand is looking for a Growth SDR to manage outbound operations and enhance customer engagement. This entry-level role requires previous experience with outbound processes and tools like Apollo and Clay, as well as a solid understanding of email deliverability. The ideal candidate will possess strong written English abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, independent working environment. We're a fast-growing sustainable brand helping cafés and coffee chains replace single-use plastic with high-performance paper products that fully decompose.
Our products are used in 4+ locations across North America, and we're expanding quickly.
You will own outbound end-to-end : data sourcing, sequence building, deliverability, copywriting, and HubSpot pipeline management.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands modern outbound tools and loves combining technical operations with high-quality messaging.
Build and manage outbound workflows using Apollo, Clay, and Instantly / Smartlead.
Manage domain warm‑up, deliverability, and sender rotation to maintain strong inbox placement.
Write and test outbound sequences in clean, native‑level English that match the company's brand tone.
Monitor performance and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions.
Maintain accurate pipeline stages in HubSpot.
Proven experience owning outbound operations for U.S.-based companies.
Hands‑on experience with Apollo, Clay, and Instantly / Smartlead (required).
Deep understanding of domain warm‑up, deliverability, and email infrastructure.
Strong written English, with the ability to write concise and brand‑aligned copy.
Comfort working independently, iterating quickly, and tracking performance metrics.
Highly organized, process‑driven, and proactive in improving systems.
Experience in CPG, e‑commerce, or sustainability.
Experience booking meetings with cafés, food service, or retail brands.
Familiarity with HubSpot beyond basic CRM usage.
