You’ll be responsible for driving ecommerce and retail growth through strategic experimentation, digital innovation, and measurable performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership in ecommerce or omnichannel retail.
  • Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across creative and analytical disciplines
  • Data-driven, commercially focused, and hands-on.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail activations with growth-focused tactics.
  • Track emerging marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to keep Babylonstoren at the forefront of innovation.
