SUMMARY:
Job Purpose: Need to develop effective marketing strategies and ensure that marketing plans are properly implemented by means of different activities including but not limited to go-to market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events and social media.
Qualifications and or Experience:
- Matric Certificate.
- Bachelorâ s degree in marketing/ business administration or relevant other qualification.
- Additional related courses/qualifications and advantage.
- Proven experience 10+ years in a role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing techniques and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to achieve business goals and drive aggressive business growth and scale.
- Staying abreast of current market conditions, competitors and segments to identify opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
Service Provider Management:
- Manage the budget, scope of work and delivery service providers.
- Provide superior customer service levels that exceed customer expectations while staying in line with Company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/appplicable laws.
- Interacting with customers and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
Campaign Management:
- Identify and allocate key service providers to deliver against campaign objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decision to optimize performance.
Brand Management:
- Lead brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and strengthen brand identity.
- Create and manage the brand messaging matrix and drive this across the business and with service providers.
- Ensure the brand is represented accurately and consistently across all external and internal communication channels.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget together with the CMO, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and funds.
- Track and report on marketing expenditure and ROI.
