A leading technology firm in South Africa is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage all financial functions and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency in IFRS. Responsibilities include providing financial insights, auditing, and supporting the management team for strategic decisions.
Purpose of the job: Responsible for all finance functions and tasks for all entities. Ensures statutory and tax compliance; creates and implements policies and procedures. Supports the senior management team by offering insights and financial advice, in strategic planning and analysis that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
Key relationships:
Critical experience: At least 5 -10 years' experience in a senior finance role. Strong budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Microsoft skills. SAGE experience preferred. Audit knowledge. Proven track record of mentoring, managing and training employees. Excellent reporting writing skills. Excellent track record in managing teams across the Globe. Strong analytical skills. Excellent IFRS knowledge and experience
Minimum Education: Registered Chartered Accountant
