Duties & Responsibilities

As the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of:

• Monthly reviews of bank account reconciliations, supplier age analysis, accruals, prepayments, income reconciliations, deposit reconciliations, control accounts, stock reconciliations, intercampus loan reconciliations, finance master files
• Processing, preparing, and compiling international refunds, consolidated debtors, fixed asset registers, monthly accounting of CampusKey Café, straight-line income streams
• Assist Financial Manager with reviewing and writing of #Ourways, staff training, preparing for annual audit, implementing, testing, and integrating new software and systems, managing internal controls, reporting tools and implementation, ensuring reporting and accounting comply with IFRS for SMEs, budgets, monthly audit file preparations, and ad hoc requests
