• Strong IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Finance Operations function with full accountability for general ledger, statutory reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to align financial reporting with broader business strategy.
• Ensure strong governance and adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage external audits, tax submissions, and regulatory filings.
• Deliver clear, high-quality financial statements that support decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives.
