A global specialty pharmaceutical services business is seeking a Data Privacy Manager in Pretoria to support compliance at a global level. This role involves mapping personal data processes, managing compliance risks, and training staff on data privacy regulations. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, strong knowledge of global privacy laws, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience of global data privacy laws is essential.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing data privacy compliance frameworks.
  • Fluent in English (business level), both written and spoken, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping personal data processes and assessing compliance risks.
  • Drafting and inputting on policies and privacy notices.
  • Managing data breaches and client communications.
  • Training the business on data privacy compliance.
