Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-profile and escalated customer cases from start to resolution
  • Handle customer interactions and work orders in line with defined SLAs
  • Proactively identify issues and provide efficient, customer-focused solutions
  • Achieve first contact resolution wherever possible
  • Apply quality, compliance, and behavioural standards consistently
  • Maintain strong product, campaign, and retail process knowledge
  • Accurately verify, capture, and update customer information
  • Ensure customer data protection and follow information security procedures
  • Communicate campaign updates and process changes clearly to stakeholders
  • Share best practices and knowledge with team members
  • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Minimum Requirements
  • This role is suitable if you:
    • Have at least 6 months of international call centre experience (essential)
    • Have completed Grade 12
    • Are fluent in German (written and spoken)
