An educational institution is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales performance of new and pre-owned motorcycles while managing a sales team. Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales team management experience and a solid understanding of sales processes and tools. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, or Marketing are beneficial.
This role is responsible for driving sales performance across new and pre-owned motorcycles, while leading a high-energy sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong brand ambassador, a strategic leader, and a hands‑on manager who can balance sales execution, team development, and operational oversight.
