  • Own the employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a compelling Employee Value Proposition.
  • Champion change management for major business initiatives, fostering resilience and adaptability.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into people priorities.
What We’re Looking For

12+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior management. Postgraduate qualification in HR or Behavioural Sciences (MBA advantageous).

Proven ability to shape culture, drive transformation, and deliver strategic impact.

Strong business acumen, change leadership, and talent management expertise.
