Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification (MBA/Master’s) beneficial.
  • 10–15 years’ senior management experience, including 5+ years at executive level.
  • Timber industry experience.
  • Strong background in transport, logistics, freight, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of South African regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record in financial management, business growth, and leadership.

  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and decision‑making ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
