This role requires a hands‑on leader who can develop operational policies, optimize processes, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage the center’s team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and development.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control measures.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and policies to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate center performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support smooth operations and growth initiatives.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively and provide solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
