We are seeking an experienced Aparthotel General Manager to lead the management team and oversee operations across the property.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing housekeeping teams, VIP guest services, hotel marketing, revenue reporting, and comprehensive hotel operations.
This leadership role requires a visionary professional who can motivate teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction while driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide visionary leadership to the entire hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping, concierge and maintenance teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and guest services, to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise performance.
Guest Experience
- Champion a guest-centric approach, ensuring that all guest interactions exceed expectations and reflect the brand's values.
- Implement personalised guest services and amenities to enhance VIP guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Revenue Management
- Assist the Totalstay central Revenue team to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including pricing optimisation, upselling opportunities, and promotional campaigns.
Marketing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue and experiential enhancement.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement ideas that enhance the brand image, credibility and occupancy rates.
Financial Management
- Work with the Totalstay Operations team to develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring that revenue and expenses are in line with financial targets.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold quality assurance standards.
