What You'll Be Working On

As the Lead Full-Stack PHP Developer, you will architect, build, and maintain mission-critical systems that power a multi-brand, multi-tenant CX platform.

Your work will span

• Backend engineering using advanced PHP, Laravel / Symfony principles, and WordPress engineering.
• AI-driven workflows including classification, augmentation, automation, and orchestration.
• High-volume data ingestion pipelines consolidating email, chat, WhatsApp, and web interactions.
• Interactive dashboards, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and operational analytics.
• Multi-channel integrations across CRMs, customer platforms, and internal operational tools.
• 7+ years experience (OOP, interfaces, traits, abstract classes)
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns : Repository, Strategy, Factory, Adapter, Event-Driven
• Experience with large modular systems & configuration-based logic
• Strong debugging, exception tracking, and profiling
• Laravel / Symfony-style ecosystems, queues (Redis), schedulers, job pipelines
• Advanced WordPress engineering : plugins, custom tables, ACF, WP-CLI
• Frontend Expertise
• HTML5, SCSS, responsive UI
• Vue, React, or Alpine
• Build systems : Vite / Webpack
• Ability to build dynamic UI : Kanban boards, real-time chats, dashboards, content editors

Integrations & Data Processing

• REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, HMAC
• Data normalization, fuzzy matching, deduplication, sentiment / intent classification

Database & Storage

• Analytics-friendly data structures (NPS, lifecycle, metrics)
• Experience with S3 buckets, secure storage, media pipelines
• Docker-based dev
• Queue workers, supervisors, and basic observability
