Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter / Panel Salesperson to join an Automotive dealership's Parts Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive parts sales, with the ability to service both retail (walk-in) customers and trade / panel shop accounts.

Key Requirements

• Solid knowledge of automotive parts (exposure to VW / Audi brands will be highly advantageous)
• Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to manage both retail front counter sales and panel shop / trade clients
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with panel shop and trade clients
• Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and timely follow-ups
• Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation
• Collaborate with the Parts Department team to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
