Overview

Our client in Cape Town is recruiting for a French Customer Service Team Leader based in Cape Town to join their team, 3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of French-speaking CSRs, providing support and direction
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service quality
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
  • Maintain and update performance metrics, ensuring team targets are met or exceeded
Requirements
  • Fluent/native or C1/C2 French speaker and fluent English read, write, and speak
  • 2-3 years in customer service and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency

Salary: Market related

Shifts: Rotational between 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and every alternative Saturday 8am to 5pm.

First 4 to 8 weeks: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
