Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing existing customer portfolios, and pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • A good working knowledge of airfreight, ocean freight, road freight, customs clearing, imports, exports, and international trade.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty.
  • Respond to customer enquiries/complaints.
  • Manage a defined portfolio of potential customers.
  • Seek and prospect for new customers.
  • Plan and manage medium to large-sized Business Customers.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs.
  • Close business by connecting customer needs to solutions.
  • Collect relevant customer information and prepare documents for operational handover.
